Dr. Jazrawi graduated from Al Mustansiriaya Medical School (Baghdad) in 1996. In 1998 he joined the research team at OHSU/VAMC studying liver transplant. He did his residency and gastroenterology training at St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center in New York. Dr. Jazrawi completed Interventional Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas in 2008 where he also served as Assistant Clinical Instructor in the Department of Medicine. During his Gastroenterology training he was selected for The William Grace Fellow of the Year Award. He joined Northwest Gastroenterology Clinic since the completion of his training. His professional interests include Endoscopic Ultrasound, ERCP, Innovative and Interventional Endoscopy. In 2009 Dr. Jazrawi volunteered teaching in Argentina. Dr. Jazrawi enjoys competitive triathlon events and listening to classical music.
